I am a professional counselor dedicated to helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey toward healing and growth. My approach centers on providing practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected.
Drawing from an integrative framework, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I incorporate elements of Psychodynamic and Attachment-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), particularly with work related to trauma.
I work with adults and am strongly committed to inclusivity and cultural responsiveness. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life stage transitions, coping with adversity, complex post-traumatic stress, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), career counseling, parenting and relationship challenges, adjustment issues, and trauma recovery.
I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior.
