Danielle is a master’s level graduate intern at Liberty University specializing in clinical mental health counseling. She believes that every human being needs compassion and support in a non-judgmental space to process life’s challenges for optimization of mental health, personal growth, and holistic wellbeing. Danielle works with adult clients and her special clinical interests include depression, anxiety, transition/adjustment, life-stage transitions, coping with adversity, complex post-traumatic stress, attachment issues, childhood trauma, relationships, chronic illness, grief and loss. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy among other case-by-case appropriate treatment modalities. Danielle is person-centered, trauma-informed, and incorporates an Adlerian approach, which focuses on purposeful goal setting, the integrated health of the whole person, and believing that creating change for oneself is always possible, giving hope for the future.
