Shadow has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997 with a wide range of experience supporting individuals and couples. She works from a Complex Trauma lens using EMDR, IFS, Spirituality, Inner Children frameworks, and other integrative, person-centered approaches.She brings somatic training through yoga, energy work, and massage therapy to support whole-person healing. Shadow also offers warmth and wisdom shaped by supervisory and director-level leadership roles.
