I am deeply drawn to helping others live fuller, more meaningful lives. As a therapist, I bring authenticity, kindness, and a genuine curiosity about each person’s unique story. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported in becoming the version of themselves they most want to be.
My approach is collaborative and focused on the human experience. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, and existential frameworks to help clients explore their inner world, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more values-aligned life. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—one where you feel safe to explore challenges, build on strengths, and make meaningful change.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, personality disorders, developmental disabilities, and general life stressors. I am committed to a culturally sensitive and inclusive practice and welcome individuals of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities.
I’m also certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy and offer support for those seeking to process and integrate psychedelic experiences—whether from clinical treatment, ceremonial settings, or personal journeys. These experiences can be deeply meaningful, and integration is essential to translating them into lasting personal growth.
Whether you’re navigating a period of uncertainty, seeking healing, or integrating something deeply transformative, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
Disclaimer: I do not provide or promote the use of illegal substances. Psychedelic integration services are intended to support individuals who have had experiences in legal, clinical, or ceremonial settings, or are seeking support around past experiences.
