Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and connected to others. When life feels overwhelming or isolating, I aim to walk alongside you so you don’t have to go through it on your own. I work with individuals navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
I welcome clients across a range of ages and diverse cultural, racial, and ethnic backgrounds. I believe healing happens through supportive relationships that allow space for authenticity, reflection, and repair.
Our work together is collaborative and guided by your needs. We may explore your experiences, identify patterns, and make connections between past and present. I offer observations based on what I notice in session and may incorporate tools such as mind-body awareness and grounding techniques to support insight and change.
My approach is informed by Adlerian Therapy and tailored to you. I approach this work with curiosity and compassion, believing all behavior serves a purpose. Together, we can explore how behavior patterns have helped you cope and survive, while also noticing when they may no longer feel helpful.
I support individuals with substance use and mental health concerns in ways that align with their goals and preferences. I also offer space for spirituality or faith-based support when it feels meaningful to you.
