I work primarily with adults navigating the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex PTSD, personality, psychotic, and bipolar disorders, and dissociative conditions (including DID), and challenges rooted in attachment. I also support individuals dealing with relationship struggles, codependency, and other interpersonal difficulties. As a therapist who affirms LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC identities, I strive to cultivate a space where all clients feel seen, safe, and respected.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in a trauma-informed framework and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and ego state therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS). I customize treatment to fit each person’s needs, blending practices from mindfulness, meditation, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies (CBT and DBT), and parts work. I honor each client’s goals and pace, and I’m often described as compassionate, authentic, and non-judgemental—qualities I bring to every session.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a chemical engineer. Over time, I realized my passion lay in building meaningful connections and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives. That realization led me to a career in therapy, a field that has become my true calling. I was born and raised in Iran and am fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian), offering therapy in both languages.
